Given Paul Ré?s Vision for Peace, please explain why the nominee is a good candidate for the Paul Bartlett Ré Peace Prize. (Please limit responses to no more than two single spaced, typed pages; include your printed name, telephone number, signature and date on each page.)  The information should include a detailed description of the work the nominee has engaged in that promotes peace and understanding, and plans for any future endeavors to promote peace.

And

Please provide a copy of the candidate's résumé (including history of UNM affiliation) and 1 or 2 letters of recommendation concerning the nominee?s character and peace-related work along with relevant supporting material.  This might include but is not limited to articles, essays, , monographs, poetry, photographs, slides of art or other visual work, etc.

III. Submitting the Nomination

Mail the completed form and all supporting materials to Chip Ware, Curator,  Jonson Gallery, MSC02 1710, Albuquerque, NM 87131- 1416.  Nominations sent by mail must be postmarked no later than August 1, 2007 for the Fall 2007 award.

You may also hand-deliver the materials to the Jonson Gallery on the UNM campus at 1909 Las Lomas Road NE, Albuquerque or send them by e-mail to cware@unm.edu.  if you e-mail your submission, please be sure that all of the materials  and attachments are in either PC Word or Acrobat PDF format.

Peace Prize entries will be kept by the Jonson Gallery in the Paul Ré Archives.  However, if you wish that your materials be returned to you, please let us know and include a self-addressed and stamped envelope or box with your submission.
