"With this placement you are generally assigned to a secretary and you do more prep work in that area with cases rather than
working on the case researching for the attorney. It is interesting work because you see so many different crimes." -DAO intern
Why might this placement be a good fit for me?
"I think this is a good fit because I am able to read criminal complaints that recap the crime itself and then I can put a face
to the crime as well as their criminal history. You are able to analyze the crime itself. Also you see the beginning of the
criminal justice system. Understanding better why certain sentences fit certain crimes." -DAO intern
