YDI's 4th Street Outreach is one of the centers that deals with Prevention, Intervention, and Treatment (PIT).
"The primary focus of the division is to provide services for children, youth, adults, and families to stay healthy,
to teach them life skills and to have a safe living environment."
"Provided in collaboration with New Mexico Highlands University, the 4SO [4th Street Outreach] mental health clinic provides clinical
assessment, individual, family, couples and group therapy for children, youth, adults and families. The program utilizes licensed clinical
therapists, as well as, Master's level interns and licensed faculty through Hightlands University to provide the services. Interns are
supervised by Master's level YDI staff and Highlands faculty. The clinic also provides aftercare services for graduates of YDI's Project
Illumination Intensive Outpatient Chemical Dependency Program." -YDI site
