HISPANO ROUND TABLE OF NEW MEXICO
MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS & REPRESENTATIVES
A. Hispano Round Table of New Mexico Membership consists of nationally,
state or locally constituted Hispano Organizations who request membership
in writing and are approved by the body of the HRT as member
organizations.
B. HRT Meetings are open to the public, but only designated member
representatives may vote.
C. Official HRT member organizations have only three (3) voting
representatives.
D. In order to remain in good standing and to be eligible to vote,
representatives may not miss more than three (3) consecutive meetings and
in order to vote in the election of officers in December, representatives
may not miss more than more than three (3) consecutive meetings and/or
more than a total of seven (7) meetings during the calendar year.
** PLEASE NOTE AND KEEP TRACK OF YOUR MEETING ATTENDANCE. **
E. Dues are $50.00 per year for first year membership for organizations
and $25.00 per year per organization thereafter.
