Mr. Lary R. Lenke
Lecturer of Civil Engineering at the University of NewMexico.
Mr. Lary R. Lenke obtained his BS in Civil Engineering (Transportation)
from California Polytechnic State University, SanLuis Obispo, in 1977. He was
in the University of Colorado, Boulder, conducting graduate studies in Civil
Engineering (Geotechnical) from 1986-1991, after completing his MS in Civil
Engineering (Geotechnical) from the University of New Mexico in 1985. He has
been working on his Ph.D in Civil Engineering from the University of New
Mexico since 1993.
Mr. Lenke has been a Senior Research Engineer at the new Mexico Engineering
Research Institute (NMERI), UNM, since 1991, and a Research Engineer with
NMERI from 1978-1986. He has also worked as an engineer with Kern County
Public Works, CA, in 1978., and with Industrial Clean Air, CA,
as a project Engineer during 1977-1978.
Mr. Lenke is a member of many educational and professional organisations and
societies, such as ASCE, ASTM, Society for Experimental Mechanics,
International Society of Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering, etc., to
name a few.
