Research Interests:
My research interests include understanding the effect of exercise in various environmental conditions (i.e. heat), and exploring therapies to improve tolerance or performance in stressful environments. In addition, I hope to continue to explore mechanisms of how various types of exercise (e.g. yoga, HIIT, dance) benefit those suffering from neural disorders and cardiovascular disease. The aim is to identify appropriate exercise therapies for these various conditions.

Special Interests:
I enjoy almost any outdoor recreational activity, and I look forward to riding my bike up and down the mountains of New Mexico!
