WEB GPA Calulator: http://www.revfad.com/gpa_calculator.html
The GPA values for grades are as follows:
A+ = 4.33
A = 4.00
A- = 3.67
B+ = 3.33
B = 3.00
B- = 2.67
C+ = 2.33
C = 2.00
C- = 1.67
D+ = 1.33
D = 1.00
D- = 0.67
F = 0.00
Example GPA Calculation:
Let's say a student has the following grades for his/her Junior Level GPA calculation:
2 courses (3hr each) of A+, 5 courses (3hr each) of A, 1 course (2hr) of B, 1 course (4hr) of B+
Here's how you calculate:
2 courses (3hr each) of A+ = 6 hrs of A+ which equals 6 x 4.33 = 25.98 pts
5 courses (3hr each) of A = 15 hrs A which equals 15 x 4.00 = 60.00 pts
1 course (1hr) of B = 1 hr x 3.00 = 3.00 pts
1 course (4hr) of B+ = 4 hr x 3.33 = 13.32 pts
Total hours = 26
Total points = 102.3

Total Points divided by Total hours = 102.3 divided by 26 = 3.93

GPA = 3.93
