Thursday Night: Lemon-Lime Splash!

Sound like a sour evening? You bet! Eyes will tear and lips will pucker when the room bursts in luscious lemon yellow, sub-lime green, and all shades in between. Deck out in just yellow.  Do it up all green. Or dazzle us with your brightest yellow AND green! (Refer to your box of 64 crayolas for help.) Lest you're struck down with yellow fever or gangrene, come out and add your splash of color to the frenzy!  (And if you’d like to model your lemon, lime or lemon-lime outfit, sign up for the Lavish Lemon-Lime Fashion Show on your registration form.)

Friday Night:  Flower Fest

Socorro in August - dry, hot and dusty you say?  Not on this night.  Lose your late-summer desert doom.  Come and make our New Mexico desert bloom!  Festoon yourself with flowers, or come reincarnated as your favorite blossom. A romantic red rose, perhaps, or a jolly jonquil, a budding bougainvillea, a damaging dandelion – or even a voluptuous (but venomous) Venus flytrap. If you’re not feeling flowery, come as a gardener, a honey bee, Georgia O’Keefe.  Think flower power! Floral frenzy! A blooming bash for all!

Saturday Night:  Happy Holidays

Haven’t you ever wished for Christmas in August?  Trick-or-treating on St. Patty’s Day?   Why does Cinco de Mayo only happen on May 5th?   And I know you’ve always wanted to celebrate Eid al Huq at the same time as Diwali.  Well,     HERE  IT   IS… HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! All of them!  At the same time!

Dress for one of them, some of them, as many as you want.  The night will be a trip down Holiday Lane…From the old New Year to the new New Year!  Shoot fireworks at the Maypole, Let the Groundhog be your Valentine, Deck the Halls with Easter Bunnies, and Passover the Thanksgiving Turkey.  You won’t want to miss it.
