From across the U.S. and Canada, 21 teams of youth ages 14-19 are converging on UNM’s Johnson Field to compete in the 2007 Indigenous Soccer Cup, held July 28-Aug. 4. The Indigenous Soccer Cup is an international seven-a-side soccer tournament with leadership, life skills and college prep components.

UNM American Indian Student Services is providing college preparation sessions. The Lobo Men’s Soccer Team is conducting special soccer skills sessions for participants.
