The University of New Mexico's Latin American and Iberian Institute invites applications for the 2009-2010 Greenleaf Visiting Library Scholars Program. The program provides fellowships to allow junior faculty members and graduate students from the United States and abroad to use UNM Latin American Library collections. The grants are intended for scholars from institutions who do not have access to extensive Latin American library resources.
The Greenleaf Visiting Library Scholars program provides three separate awards: one long-term – minimum three months – award for $10,000 and two short-term - minimum two weeks – awards for $2,000 each to help defray travel and housing costs for Albuquerque, New Mexico.
