The University of New Mexico’s Center for the Southwest presents its second installment in the 2009 Borderlands Lecture Series. Mexican scholar Dana Alexandra Levin Rojo, Universidad Autrónoma Metropolitana, presents,” Land Struggle and Community Organization in Northern New Mexico After Reies Lopez Tijerina,” Thursday, March 5, at 3 p.m. in the Student Union Building, Santa Ana rooms A and B.
This series of four lectures presents scholarship on the U.S.-Mexico borderlands region by scholars working in both Mexico and the United States.
