Antibodies(Part 1)

Antibodies consist of two heavy chains and two light chains in a “Y” shape. Both heavy and light chains contain a constant region and a variable region. The variable region recognizes antigens. The constant region mediates physiological reactions to antigens recognized by the variable region.
