NAPCOE offers a section of Engineering 116 every semester. This fall, the NAPCOE section is offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.

Course description

Introduction to Engineering
Description of the engineering profession, orientation to engineering education, introduction to the engineering design process. Does not count toward degree credit in the College of Arts and Sciences or the School of Engineering. 2 hrs. lecture and demonstration. {Offered upon demand} (from the UNM Catalog 2001-2003)

In the NAPCOE course, students learn professional and personal development skills. A variety of guest speakers on topics ranging from scholarships to resume writing supplement the course. Students also develop study group skills.
