Vendor Response Format
The RFP should define the vendor response format.
This saves a lot of time and headaches during the evaluation process.
Without this, every response will be in a different format. The danger is missed valuable information that can lead to a protest.
A protest can delay the project by months, or even years, especially for RFP’s issued by local, state or federal government organizations.
