Video is much more bursty in nature than audio and requires between 256Kbps (eg low quality video conferencing) and 7.0 Mbps for studio quality compressed video.
End to end delays of 200ms can be tolerated.
The tolerance to jitter is similar to that of voice for low quality and about 5ms for studio quality.
Tolerance for errors and packet/cell loss varies with quality desired from 1 in 106 to 1 in 107 or better.
