vBNS Acceptable Usage policies
vAIs may utilize the vBNS to exchange traffic among themselves and to exchange traffic with vPIs.
vPIs may utilize the vBNS to exchange traffic with vAIs but may not utilize the vBNS to exchange traffic with each other.
Neither vAIs nor vPIs may use the vBNS to exchange traffic with institutions or organizations which have not been specifically authorized or approved to utilize the vBNS by NSF.
