NLSP

• Link State routing protocol

• Almost the same as IS-IS. Similar to OSPF.

• Replaces RIP and SAP, but is compatible with RIP/SAP routers

• Endnodes can’t tell the difference (NLSP still answers RIP and SAP queries)
