VCC between end users
Can be used to carry
- end to end user data
- control signaling between end users
VPC between end users provides them with overall capacity and how the VPC is broken into VCCs depends on the end users.
- for example there could be two data VCCs and a control VCC in the VPC between the end users.
Set of VCCs must not exceed the VPC capacity.
