I found a bent pin on the faceplate and was able to straighten it and
successfully made a connection with my portable pc. I was unsuccessfull
when I tryed to make a connection with the users Mac. The user needs to
get a 10BaseT office cable and I would suggest having the 10BaseT
connector in the faceplate replaced.
