The New Mexico Chapter is one of more than 150 local chapters of SfN in the US and abroad. Our goal is to provide a regional focus for neuroscientists across the broad geographical area of our state.

Our activities include:

• Neuroscience Day
• Brain Awareness Week
• Dissemination of SfN chapter information
• Video coverage of selected neuroscience seminars
• Nomination of grad students and postdocs for SfN travel awards
