Estimates of the number of neurons in the human brain are about 100 billion (10¹¹).  Since the world population is about 5 billion (5 x 10⁹) you have about 20 brain cells for each child, woman or man in the world.  Adults cannot grow new neurons so any neurons that we lose, cannot be replaced.
