About SOLAS

The Student Organization for Latin American Studies (SOLAS) at the University of New Mexico (UNM) is associated with the Latin American and Iberian Institute (LAII).  SOLAS receives operational funding from the LAII, ASUNM and the Graduate and Professional Student Association (GPSA).  As an officially chartered student organization, we are committed to promoting the study of Latin America on the UNM campus and in the Albuquerque community.

What do we do?
