The Department of Organizational Studies at the University of New Mexico invites applications for a Lecturer position in Business Ethics starting Fall Term 2008. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching business classes at the undergraduate level. While this position is not on a tenure track, the successful applicant will be expected to participate in some departmental decision making and be active in Anderson School and related community service, including liaison to the Samaritan Counseling Ethics in Business Awards Program. The successful candidate will be eligible for consideration for the Jack and Donna Rust Professor-Practitioner appointment. The Anderson Schools are AACSB accredited. Management programs enroll approximately 900 undergraduate students and 400 graduate students. New Mexico is an ethnically diverse state with a rich cultural heritage. Minimum qualifications: Applicants must hold a master’s degree, have corporate, government, or nonprofit experience at a significant level of responsibility, and have been engaged in significant community service.
