Begin this process at least one semester before you wish to graduate or at the time you reach the 92 credit hour level.
___1. Go to the College of Education Advisement Center in Hokona Hall and see one of those Advisors.
____2. Pick up a form called Graduation Check form from them.
____3. Make an appointment to see your OLIT Advisor and take this form to him, along with a transcript. He will fill out the form with the courses you are lacking to complete your Program of Studies. He will tell you when you will be graduating.
____4. Bring the Graduation Check form back to the College of Education Advisement Center with a signed Program of Studies and Transcripts.
____5. Pass the balance of your classes and have no Incompletes outstanding.
____6. Get your cap & gown at the Bookstore. |
