Begin this process at least one semester before you wish to graduate, or at the time you reach the 92 credit hour level.
Go to the College of Education Advisement Center in Hokona Hall and see one of those Advisors.
Pick up a form called Graduation Check form from them.
Make an appointment to see your OLIT Advisor and take this form to him, along with a transcript. He will fill out the form with the courses you are lacking to complete your Program of Studies. He will tell you when you will be graduating.
Bring the Graduation Check form back to the College of Education Advisement Center with a signed Program of Studies and Transcripts.
Pass the balance of your classes and verify that you have no "Incompletes" outstanding.
