Armando A. Bustamante is a Program Specialist in the UNM Title V Educational Initiatives Program.  Prior to that he held a student employment position working with the Upward Bound Program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  During his tenure in Nebraska he discovered the many programs designed to get students into the university system and decided that the same job needed to be done at the higher education level and discovered Title V, College Enrichment Program and the TRIO Programs.  As he has seen evidenced through former Fellows, he hopes that the knowledge and experience he gains from the Program will help open doors in the Student Affairs arena.
