Jose Villar currently works as a Lead Peer Mentor/Tutor in the UNM College Enrichment Program and has served as Orientation Leader at the University for the past two summers.  In addition, he is a member of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) where he is an active NUFP Fellow.  Additionally, he is working towards a Business Administration Degree and plans to further his education by earning a Master Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs.  He views the Fellows Program as a great opportunity to increase his knowledge in Student Affairs and be able to put the experience he already has into practice in other departments in the Division.
