Lisa Delgado has been able to call the University of New Mexico her home for many years.  Beginning as an undergraduate and subsequently becoming employed in the UNM Dean of Students Office where she currently works today.  In her employment capacity, she recently partnered with the Student Activities Center to develop a comprehensive leadership program for UNM students and feels that having a positive impact on students is a very important and rewarding part of her job.  As an active student and employee of the University, Lisa became interested in the UNM Student Affairs Fellowship Program because she believes it will give her a chance to further her knowledge of the Division as well as provide her the very important service-learning component.
