Marla E. Wyche-Hall is the Program Director for the Undergraduate Research Programs spearheaded by University College where she deals with projects and conferences related to Undergraduate Research and Creativity.  Throughout her employment and life she has committed herself to change and embracing students’ diversity.  She plans to add the skills and knowledge she learns fin the Fellowship Program to her “professional tool box” to assist with learning about trends and other pertinent issues taking place at the collegiate level, thereby making her an effective leader of change.  She hopes through the program she learns more about strategic thinking and understanding the various trends of the college student.
