Richard Ross works as a Career Development Facilitator in the UNM Career Services Department – a job where he says he’s found immeasurable satisfaction in serving students.  Richard has been employed at UNM in one capacity or another for the last nineteen years and through his employment with Career Services has enhanced his “student service” goals.  Richard feels that the Fellowship program will provide a new conduit to further explore the University, plunge into the rich culture, and most importantly, discover new departments and people within Student Affairs who devote their careers to developing and delivering better student experiences at UNM.
