
This workshop is designed for faculty who want to incorporate more writing into their courses but don't want to be buried in responding and grading. It's also for those who already assign writing but want new ideas for responding more effectively and efficiently and want their students to turn in better and more thoughtful writing. We'll discuss a variety of strategies for assigning and responding to writing that lead to deeper learning and better writing and also make the job of responding less onerous and time consuming.
