HOURS: M thru F 8:00AM to 4:00PM 

SERVICE SUMMARY: Work training to assist persons to obtain employment who must not exceed the US Department of Labor low.income criteria and who are physically and mentally able to work. On the job training. Assisting community service agencies to expand their services. Enrollees are paid at least minimum wage for work 20 hours a week. They receive fringe benefits and periodic rate increases along with counseling in obtaining employment outside the program. Job development, referral, placement and follow-up services are provided. Functions as a skills bank of qualified older workers. 

PROGRAM/ELIGIBILITY: Low.income seniors, 55 and over.
