Lookup By Tag Number

1. From the Fixed Assets Inventory Screen click on "Item Details"
2. Enter the desired tag number and click on "Find Item"
3. Use the "Back" button to see the previous screen

Lookup By Serial Number

1. From the Fixed Assets Inventory Screen click on "Item Details"
2. Enter the desired serial number and click on "Find Item"
3. Use the "Back" button to see the previous screen

1. From the Fixed Assets Inventory Screen click on "Show All Orgs"
2. Scroll to the desired org. code and click on "Show Inventory"
• To see asset information click on "Item Details"
3. To see inventory information such as inventory count and inventory dollar value, click  "Information"
   • Computers purchased after 7/1/2005 will be included on the inventory, but will show a $0 value. This is because computers are tagged, but not capitalized.
4. Use the "Back" button to see the previous screen
