PPD Information: Newsletters

El Servicio Real, UNM Physical Plant’s newsletter, provides news, information, commentary, and other items of interest to PPD staff, members of the UNM community, and readers affiliated with the UNM Physical Plant. The newsletter has been in publication since the early 1970s, originally published by Myron "Fife" Fifield, head of plant operations during those years. According to H. Val Peterson, in his book Communication is the Key, this publication was unlike other similar newsletters. El Servicio Real, the royal service, was, and still is, information that stresses professionalism and service. Today’s issues strive to inform, yet project this same mission. For information about the submission of articles and publication details, contact the PPD Administrative Staff at 277-2425.
