The Studios

The 5,000 square feet of printmaking studio space is divided into distinct shop areas: 
Litho shop; with separate graining area, processing area 
3 takach presses, bed size: 59" X 32" 
1 charles Brand press, bed size: 48" X 18" 
Intaglio/relief shop: separate grounds/aquatint area and acid rooms. 
2 takach presses, bed sizes: 76" X 39" and 36" X 18" 
1 Charles Brand press, bed size: 60" X 36" 
Photo/exposing room equipped with poly-lite and Nu-Arc-lamp exposing units. 
Serigraphy Shop: 48" by 40" vaccum printing table, power washout unit 
various printing stations. 
3ventilation  systems for each of the shops.
Paper Closet: services students with full range of printmaking papers, tools, and materials. 
Computer\Digital imaging station for input and output of digital work.
