Why Double Major or Minor in Religion
Religious Studies at UNM is interdisciplinary and interdepartmental facilitating double majors and minors. Religious Studies can enhance or diversify almost any major in the college of Arts and Sciences or the wider university. Double majors or minors allow students to deepen and intensify command of the major field while integrating specialized knowledge of the major with general knowledge of religious studies.
What are the Requirements? Double Major in Religion
Total number of required hours is 30 rather than 33.
All other requirements remain the same.
Minor in Religion
18 hours in religious studies of which 9 hours must have a religion course prefix
