were two stories, square, stately and well made. Joseph's house had a basement that is in use today, as also is Simeon's house, and are substantial and comfortable. The middle of the three houses burned in the early 1950's, while being occupied by Walter and Opal Biester and daughters.
Orlena was the mother of five children. Frank who was a farmer and carpenter, moved with his wife, Jessie M. Shaw, to Okarche, Oklahoma. Here his first three children were born. The family moved later to Hydro, Oklahoma; Elida, New Mexico; and finally to Elk City, Oklahoma. His oldest son, Joseph, is a licensed electrician in Oklahoma City, where he and his wife, Hattie, live at 1235 N.W. Second Street. They have no children. Ezra resides in Flint, Michigan, where he has been an employee of General Motors for 35 years. Ezra's son, Lowell, is Dr. Beach, professor of Education at the University of Michigan, and their daughter Betty Lou Beach O'Leary is a stenographer in Flint, Michigan. Kathleen Beach received her B.S. degree in Home Economics. Her first husband died and her second husband, Morris Chisick, is a retired U.S. Army Infantryman.
