Thomas Linthicum, born 1640 in Wales and died 1701 in Ann Arundel County, Maryland, was the father of Hezekiah Linthicum, born in 1670 in Ann Arundel County, Maryland. Hezekiah's daughter, Mary, married Edmund Wayman and were the parents of Edmund Geins Wayman, born about 1763 in Shelby, Kentucky. Edmund Gains married Elizabeth Smith, born 1767, and were the parents of Dorcus Wyman, wife of Dandridge Overton. Dandridge's father was Obadiah.Overton, born in Orange County, Virginia, about 1750.
Dandridge had three brothers and one sister: Louis Overton, 1792; Sidney Overton, 1796; Samuel Overtor, 1797; and Fannie Overton, 1794.

John Loughmiller born 1744 in Shenandoah County, Virginia, died in Hawkins County, Tennessee, August 11, 1814. His wife, Lavona Loughmiller, born in Shenandoah County, Virginia, 1747. Their children: Elizabeth, 1769; Jacob, 1771; Sarah, 1773; David, 1775; Abraham, 1778; Phillip, 1798; George, 1782; John, 1784; Christine, 1786; James, 1788; Matilda, 1790; Nancy, 1793; and Lydia, 1796.
John of 1784, born in Shenandoah County, Virginia, died June 21, 186l. His wife Jane, born in Hawkins County, Tennessee in 1790, died May 16, 1851. Their family:
John Loughmiller, November 17, 1807-June 19, 1890, born in Hawkins County, Tennessee. Married Mary Rankin Snodgrass August 15, 1833. Moved to Martinsburg, Indiana, in 1829.
Sabina Loughmiller, 1811. Married George Tompson, August 20, 1833.
Joseph Loughmiller, 1815. Married Ellen Corinna Overton April 13, 1837.
Sarah J. Loughmiller, 1817. Married Riezen Fowler December 4, 1878,-and had four sons: Frastus Fowler, Edwin Fowler, John L. Fowler, and Harry A. Fowler. Sarah died March 5, 1895. Riezen was born July 1, 1825, and died March 24, 1911.
William Loughmiller, 1818, and his wife, Sarah moved to Eastorn, Kansas, about 18@6, then later moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Aurelia, born December 13, 1818, died January 29, 1892. They had four sons and four daughters: Louisiana Loughmiller Kroth, October 7, 1838-September 15, 1906.
