Note: Balloon Fiesta Mass Ascension for Saturday, October 13 is at full capacity. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to take any additional attendees for this event. As well as the Tour to Santa Fe.

A confirmation e-mail containing detailed information regarding your registration will be sent to you upon receipt of your completed registration and payment. All conference fees must be received prior to the commencement of the 2007 RMA-PCAPPA Educational Forum (October 10, 2007).
Cancellation/Transfer Policy
- For a full refund, written cancellation must be received on or before September 10, 2007.
- Written cancellations received after September 10, 2007 will be refunded 50% of the total cost of registration.
- Cancellations received after October 1, 2007 and no-shows are non-refundable
- Refund checks will be prepared and issued after the conclusion of the conference.
