She specializes in cross-cultural communications and leadership development. Edward Mazria is an internationally recognized architect, author, and educator with a long and distinguished career. His published materials include The Passive Solar Energy Book, published by Rodale Press. His numerous articles and building design innovations have appeared in the On Earth Magazine, Architecture, Metropolis, Architectural Record, Landscape Architecture, Architectural Digest, Solar Today, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and the Los Angeles Times. Mr. Mazria has lectured extensively throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Ed has taught architecture at the University of New Mexico, at University of Oregon, UCLA, and the University of Colorado-Denver. His most recent undertaking, Architecture 2030, and The 2030 Challenge, is a global movement to address the current climate crisis. He is the recipient of numerous awards including American Institute of Architects (AIA) Design Awards, AIA Design Innovation Award, Commercial Building Award from the Department of Energy, the "Pioneer Award" from the American Solar Energy Society, and an Outstanding Planning Award from the American Planning Association. Mr. Mazria is currently the senior principal at Mazria, Inc., an architecture and planning firm in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
