10/17/97 Attention Intern Search Committee
The intern provides resources to all program staff
through research, writing (proposals and reports),
and logistical support. Over time, the job could
expand to include more active "hands on" work such
as recording in meetings, conducting client
interviews, and doing small group facilitation. The
intern contract is for one year only. This is a salaried
position with a full range of employee benefits. The
position is designed for people with undergraduate
or graduate experience in conflict management or
related field and/or direct mediation or conflict
resolution experience who are interested in
enhancing their capacities in the field. Salary range:
