Planner II/III position (Emphasis on GIS). Responsible for developing a
GIS system to support planning and community development programs. Must
have: *Knowledge of land use planning principles; *Ability to develop
models to analyze land use trends and alternative development scenarios;
*Knowledge of Geographic Information System principles along with
practical experience with GIS computer software applications; *Strong
analytical skills, high level of iniative, strong customer service
skills plus good written and verbal communication skills; *Bachelor's
degree in planning, or closely related field. (Master's preferred).
