PLANNER
The City of Glenwood Spring is currently accepting applications for a Planner. Individual will process, review, & analyze zoning, subdivision, & development applications & make recommendations to City Council, Plannning Commission, & other boards & commissions. Will assist in the development & implementation of long range community planning projects. Will administer & enforce subdivision, zoning, & development regulations. Qualifications should include: graduation from an accredited college or university with Bachelors degree in plannning, landscape architecture, geography or related field. A certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is desired. Three years of professional planning or community development experience is reqd. (Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered). Salary Grade/Range: Grade 26, $15.741-$21.035/hour. Closing date: Friday,January
