PLANNER II MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH The
Matanuska-Susitna Borough is seeking a qualified individual
for a professional planning position. This is a temporary
full-time position ending June 30, 1998. The Plan ner II is
responsible for profes sional work in the formulation,
implementation, and mainte nance of comprehensive and land
development plans. The Planner II will coordinate and work
extensively with the pub lic, community groups, plan ning
committees, and Borough staff in the development of a
management plan for Borough shorelands. General
Qualifications: Three years of progressively respon sible
professional land-use planning experience. A gradu ate degree
in planning or re lated fields may substitute for up to 18 months
of experience. Salary: Range 25, Step A, $20.75 per hour.
