Hello, I am seeking a position in the area of resource development, funds development economic development, etc. I have experience in policy development and evaluation; budgeting; proposal and grant writing. Currently I am fulfilling an internship with Jonesboro Urban Renewal and Housing Authority (JURHA) in the position of Resource Development Coordinator. My projects include: Section 5H Home Ownership: Developed plan and authored proposal. Approved by HUD. Public Housing Drug Elimination Program (PHDEP): Worked on team to develop program design; co-wrote application; conducted evaluation and program revision and modification. Successfully funded FY 1998, 1999. Transportation: Developed strategic plan, and proposed budget for new affordable transportation program in conjuction with housing authority and TEA (TANF) Coalition. Served as liasion to Governor's partnership and city and county government in the effort to form a transit authority for Craighead County.
