Scheduling Guidelines

  • ITV and EDEN programs are separate and distinct in their guidelines.  ITV are Engineering related courses only; EDEN is all other academic areas.

  • When ITV or EDEN courses have defined class time, credit hours for class should also be defined (not variable credit).

  • ITV and EDEN site locations, other than the mother course, will have the location specified as arranged.  These courses are not printed in the Schedule of Classes and are used for enrollment of students in remote locations only.

  • ITV and EDEN courses will be initially given the **specified complement of 7 sections.  Other sections will be added as requests are received.

    1. The MTS scheduling coordinator will call the Scheduling Office as students' request to add.
    2. The Scheduling Office will add the section at that time and give the call number to the MTS representative.
    3. MTS will complete and forward the course revision form via interoffice mail, confirming the entered data.
  • For Scheduling purposes, MTS and the Scheduling Office have an informal agreement to consider ME 220 under MTS scheduling control.  Should the Scheduling Office need utilization of any unused time blocks in ME 220, the scheduling of those courses will be via the ITV/EDEN Scheduling Coordinator.
