Special Events and Classroom Request Form

To request a classroom for a special event please, completely fill out the following form and press the submit button to e-mail the request to our office. We schedule rooms for UNM Colleges, Departments or UNM Chartered Student Organizations. For Scheduling and Campus Security purposes, we request three to five days notice prior to events, especially for weekend events

All ticketed events must go through UNM Ticketing Services - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Beginning in January 2009, Mitchell Hall, one of the university’s main classroom buildings, will close for one year for a long over-due modernization.

Please be very conservative with your room requests for spring, summer and fall 2009 and we appreciate your cooperation.

Special events can be moved to accommodate academic course offerings.

No food or drink allowed in the classrooms.
