Scholarships are an integral part of students at the University of New Mexico. These include the UNM Scholars, NM Legislative Lottery Success, Amigo, Amigo-Transfer, UNM Transfer, Zia-Transfer, New Mexico Legislative Endowed and The New Mexico Scholars Program Scholarships. The information located here is designed to acquaint you with policies that affect you and to answer many questions commonly asked about scholarships.

Scholarship offers made by the University of New Mexico are intended for Main Campus and cannot be used at Branch Campus sites (with the exception of the Legislative Lottery Success Scholarship). Scholarship recipients must be enrolled full-time (minimum 12 hours) each semester to receive funding.
