Submission Instructions and Forms

To submit your work:
NOTE: We now accept ONLY electronic submissions. Snail mail and hand-delivered submissions will no longer be considered.

1. Install the latest version of Adobe’s free Adobe Reader. The submission form makes use of interactive fields that require an up-to-date version of Adobe Reader. The latest version can be found here.

2. Download and save the Scribendi Submission Form to your computer. Once you have saved this form on your own computer, open it, read it carefully, fill it out. Then, save your completed form on your computer as your last name + first initial (e.g., AngelouM.pdf).

3. Send your submissions by uploading your completed Scribendi Submission Form and each of your submissions to the link below:
     http://www.dropitto.me/scribendi
     (the upload password = 25years)

Do not send digital files of your works as zipped files or files from a 3rd party source. We cannot accept such files.

4. If you have difficulties opening the form or sending the PDF, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader (available here) installed on your computer. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please send an email to scribend@unm.edu for assistance.

5. Send a brief confirmation message to scribend@unm.edu to let us know you have submitted your work. If we have problems with your files or information we need is missing from your form, we need this confirmation message to contact you. However, if your do not respond to our message within a reasonable amount of time, your submissions will be removed from consideration.
