Stream gauges, streams and Reservoirs located in Pecos Watershed

I followed the instructions from http://www.unm.edu/~jcoonrod/gis/assig05new.htm to complete this assignment.

To select the streams in the region of interest, I used the selection by attributes dialog box and then select the layer ‘ rivers in Pecos watershed’ and method ‘ create a new selection’ and select arc form where ‘HUC=13060001’.

I have collected stream gage data from http://waterdata.usgs.gov/nm/nwis/sw website for 13060001 as the hydrologic unit and copy the data to an excel file and then copy the desirable data to a dBASE format and then add it to my arc map and get the desired stream gages and named the gage by selecting leveled features. For the final symbology I colored the area pink for HUD=13060001, to make it stand out.
